We provide free shipping on all orders.
Customers are entitled to return their purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings must be reported for return within 48 hours of delivery.

Every Kikyo Pearl piece is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, with valid proof of purchase.
If your jewellery develops an issue within six months of purchase that is believed to be a manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will assess the issue and may provide a repair or replacement at no additional cost, depending on the nature of the issue.
If you are outside the six-month period but your purchase is still within one year, we are still able to offer repair or replacement services for a fee, depending on the item and the nature of the issue.
Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, improper use, or damage caused by water, chemicals or excessive moisture.
