Customers are entitled to return their purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings must be reported for return within 48 hours of delivery.

We stand by the quality of every Kikyo Pearl London piece. Each item is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions. If your item is found to have such a defect, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.
