Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this delay has caused — especially as this was meant to be a Christmas gift.
We’d like to reassure you that your order was dispatched promptly after purchase. Unfortunately, the parcel experienced an unusual delay within the international transit network between the Netherlands and Ireland, which is not typical.
After actively following up with the courier, we’re pleased to confirm that the tracking updated today (27 December) and the parcel has now arrived back in Ireland, indicating that it is moving again through the local delivery stage.
We completely understand how disappointing delays like this can be, and please rest assured that we have been closely monitoring this shipment and will continue to do so until it is safely delivered.
